Highly frustrated

I have ordered Crocs a month ago, they arived, and are too big. I have called in on three occasions asking how do I go about to return and shop for one size smaller. Every time I am told an email will be sent with details of when and I I can return the shoes. That email has never arived. Please can someone make me a priority so I can sort this issue out.
