Classic 11 Slide

The shoes on your website are not what I ordered. I ordered a size 5 women's size, which was the only size available on your site only to receive a size 13 men's size. Imagine my shock and surprise.

I tried calling, but the lines just ring off the hook. I also sent an email to bring this to your attention with no luck.

So, the order and overall service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend your online shopping to anyone.

Not Comfortable

All the crocs I have had have been exceptionally comfortable.
I find that the Classic ll Slide is chafing my toes.

Poor communication from Crocs SA - order not fulfilled

I have no problem with the product, but I do with the service when buying products online. I ordered a silly smiley (10006989) at R30. It was not picked or packed with the order. There’s been no communication from Crocs regarding the missing item. I understand that if the stock is not available, it will be refunded, but really, it’s R30… could someone not pick up the phone or send an email and ask if an alternative product could be sent as a replacement. It’s the second time I have a questionable and disappointing experience with Croc’s SA when buying online – a similar issue was experienced last time. There’s a complete lack of communication. The refund is also not reflecting so I don’t even know if the R30 was ever refunded. I paid for 7 products and only received 6.

Such a simple thing could have been sorted out in a few minutes.
