When will my order ship?
Due to the warehouse transition, orders will take an extra 4 days to move from "confirmed" to "on the way." Once it's dispatched, you’ll get your usual tracking link and delivery timeline.
What if I miss the return deadline?
You probably won’t! We’ve extended the return period by 10 extra days, so you’ve got some extra breathing room. Still concerned? Our customer service team is always happy to help.

Totally fine. In fact, we’re giving you an extra 10 days on top of our usual return window to send your items back once we're up and running.
