Delivery Time
Delivery takes between 1 - 5 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of your order once payment has reflected prior to shippings.
Cost
A delivery fee of R85 will be charged for each Crocs online order.
*Crocs reserves the right to amend delivery costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.
Who Can Sign For My Parcel?
The service we offer is a door-to-door service.
This means that the shipment is delivered to the address, not the person - i.e. if the person is not available, it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
Can I collect my order myself?
As much as we would like to meet our customers, we do not ship directly from our Head Office we use a third-party warehouse that does not facilitate customer collections.
Do you deliver overseas / Where do you deliver?
We ship nationally within South Africa, excluding PO Boxes. We do not ship overseas for the time being.
