On the 22nd and 23rd of October's there were huge amounts of orders and Crocs really kept me (and everyone else) updated with the delay in delivery. I dont think they deserve that comment because they kept communicating and if you read correctly, delivery takes up to 7 - 10 working days in general so it is completely understandable if it takes longer than that now since this was such a huge discount deal with thousands of orders in a short period of time.
